OpEx offers various training opportunities depending on your organizations specific needs.

On-Site Training

OpEx provides on-site training and development that can be modified to fit the exact needs of your organization. On-site training is typically worked into the project deliverables and is charged by the hour (or by day). If airfare and lodging is required, these will be billed separately.

Live e-Training

Through the many years of experience we have gained in successful implementations, we have learned what works and what does not. From this experience, we have developed comprehensive training programs to educate our customer's process improvement implementation teams. This training is now available as series of "virtual" tutorials.

Virtual sessions will be conducted via teleconferencing and can be done on an individual or group basis. Below are detailed the tutorial topics, they are broken down into modules, but we highly recommend participating in all modules in sequence.
