Deployment PlanningThe old axiom is true: “failing to plan is like planning to fail”. This phase of the project will all be about coordinating the effort to ensure schedules and priorities are firmly set.Team Selection and TrainingOnce the implementation strategy has been defined, the next step is to select the members of the implementation team and put in place a training program. This team will have to take ownership for the project, so selecting the right people to participate is critical.Data Collection and AnalysisThis is a key element of the project implementation. Many decisions will be based on the information gathered as a part of this process. The skills imparted through training and the on-going mentoring from OpEx will ensure what could be a daunting activity runs smoothly.Project ImplementationThis is the fun part.
