Team Capacity

About

The Team Capacity tracking tool is used to plan project team member’s time commitment to a project and track whether that commitment is being achieved. Projects are scoped and a time line prepared based on these assumptions.

Actual participation must be tracked on a regular basis and any short falls highlighted for immediate action.  Without this team members tend to get pulled in different directions and the project suffers.  The last thing you want have happen is to reach the “end” of the project, be 75% complete and not have taken any corrective action along the path.

How To Use

1.   From the Project Management tab of the Project Panel, click the "Team Capacity" button to open the tool.
