When using Catena as part of a project, it is common to establish a work room
where the team will work from during the duration of the project. To promote
visual project management and communication with fellow team members and
project stakeholders, a project wall of 25-35 feet can be established. This wall
should contain representative analysis, data, results and findings.
The Work Room Setup document included in Catena facilitates creation of this
wall by providing a suggested layout and header documents that can be printed
out and posted on the team wall at the beginning of the project.
How to Use
1. From
the Project Panel, click on the Project Management Tab and then the
Work Room Setup button.
Catena will launch Microsoft Powerpoint and load the Work Room Setup
document into it.
2. Select the Title Page and update it with your Organization or Company's
name and the Project Title as appropriate.
3. Print
the document out and then follow the guide on the first three pages
when posting the headers to your wall.
